15 Edition of “Nasle-e No” Announced

Generation Z, with its unique modes of living and thinking, has brought forth new cultural models.
From the raw exposure of internet-driven values and the rejection of identity-bound pasts, to a borderless mindset, aversion to violence, and the emergence of new norms — these are but fragments of a seismic shift shaking the foundations of Iran’s traditional society.
We enter our fifteenth edition with the understanding that a society undergoing such profound transformation cannot be represented solely by the aesthetics of late modernism or the paradigms of its previous generations of contemporaries.
At the same time, we recognize that the path toward a fully realized “Gen Z culture” is still unfolding — and perhaps we are not yet in a position to make definitive judgments about this generation.
